Buckingham Palace is the London residence and principal workplace of the monarchy of the United Kingdom. Located in the City of Westminster, the palace is often at the centre of state occasions and royal hospitality. It has been a focus for the British people at times of national rejoicing.
From London Euston to Buckingham Palace: Take Victoria Line Underground southbound to Green Park and walk across the park. Or bus 73 from Euston Road to Hyde Park Corner and walk down Constitution Hill.
I went on a weekend and there was lot of crowd. You can take some good pictures in day light.
If you have enough time you can plan to visit the entire Buckingham Palace from inside. It costs around 20 pound as admission fees. You can check out more details here.
